People tell me they are unable to hear me from time to time. My z30 is out of warranty by 10 days. Rogers told me to call BlackBerry but the support line I call tells me to call Rogers. Anyone know who to contact?

What OS are you running, you might have to load a Leaked Os which is official 10.3.1.2582 just make sure you do a back up on link and only restore the necessities, there seems to be less problems when using an auto loader, and its always better to no do a restore and set your device up as new.

This has been happening in previous builds tho. Do you have a number I can call @ BlackBerry that may assist?

Have you tested your device with BlackBerry Virtual Expert? It should be in the help section of your device

Ok the number to Blackberry technical support is this 877-255-2377. They make it hard because you bought the phone directly from rogers. Meaning Rogers will have to get you a ticket number saying that Blackberry can trouble shoot the device for you. If you bought the unlocked version then you can let them know that hey no I bought it through you guys the carrier isn't going to service me... But if you did you will need to contact Rogers demand a service ticket for Blackberry and then Blackberry will service your device. Before all of this you might as well do a factory reset. Use the official load as for me it has been good. especially after the factory reset. If the problem persists then contact them and let them know what you did. the biggest problem is that you are out of warranty and they might not do anything about that...

I was hoping they'd like to keep a customer. Kind of like how even though you are out of warranty at times at apple they're kind enough to fix the problem for ya. Especially since I'm literally 10 days out and the only reason is of my own doing.

well you would never know until you tried what I stated above... Give the carrier a call then they will make a ticket as long as they have that they should be able to help... pitching a fit might help. about apple well i haven't seen alot of people reporting that they do that, just when they get someone nice
