Am only a moderate user of the Priv, yet battery life drains much too fast, even with all apps off except outlook. They say battery life of 22 hours but I'm lucky if I get 12 maximum.

Are you on the latest OS and ensure you have all the BlackBerry apps updated?
Have you done updates to all BlackBerry Apps? The first update to the BlackBerry Apps have to be done manually I believe.
Maybe you have done all updates to the O/S and Apps?
How long have you owned the phone?
Has your battery life always been the same or has it become less due to a recent app install?
