    All I read on here is problems with 10.3.1 update, When will all these bugs be fixed? I
    don't want to take a chance on it before they are.

    Probably in the next OS update. It could be in a month or much later. However, on my Z10 I'm not experiencing most of the bugs reported. Just the advanced interactions are now working, and I had to reset my device to get sound working on calendar reminders.
