    I saw OS 10.3 is available on Blackberry world, but when I tried to update; I got a notification that I have the latest OS. My colleague did the update on his phone yesterday. What could be wrong with mine?

    Its not in BBW , check your setting under software and check it might be there.

    You could not have seen it on BlackBerry World. If your phone is showing that you have the latest update, it is likely that your carrier has not pushed it yet.
