Bet it's a factory-unlocked device, which means your carrier is irrelevant.

And yet here I am with an unlocked Q10 and PP still not showing anything. Even with a staggered roll out it shouldn't take this long, if it was really carrier independent everywhere.

I don't believe they ever manufactured a factory-unlocked Q10.

What kind of Passport do you have? Where did you buy it?

Bought it through the European portal of ShopBB on launch day. I thought I bought the Q10 through them as well but I might be wrong about that one.

Regardless they are both still on 10.3.2, and no one in our local BBM group has received an update notification yet for any of their devices (mix of locked and factory unlocked).

For 10.3.2 we got the update pretty much at exactly the same time as carrier (un)locked devices.

They never made factory-unlocked Q10 devices.

Because no carriers are pushing it yet, and may never.
