Opening of web sites

I am unable to open some websites that are linked from emails, why is this?

Without knowing what websites they are I can only guess that #1 there is no mobile version of them, #2 the link was possibly coded wrong in the email?

I have the same problem with websites such as Groupon on my Q10, any help would be greatfully received.
