[CrackBerry Question]

I am coming off the BlackBerry torch, and just got my long awaited classic. When I try to play a video such as on youtube or facebook, I get the white circle of death on a black screen for about 20 seconds, and that for a 15 second video! I am also finding that it is a bit slower than the Torch in typing on websites, calling up emails, and about the same in loading websites. But my major beef here is with the video...why so slow? Your help is appreciated.

On Wi-Fi or LTE? I don't have a Classic but my Q10 doesn't do this and the Q10 has similar specs to the Classic. Also, please identify your OS version.

I tried on both Wifi and LTE, and the same problem is happening. the device says my software is up to date (OS 10.3....). the Torch would just start playing videos straight away. The delay on the samples I tried is 20 seconds and up. (Also, The dowloadedvideos i transferred from the Torch are very pixelated and blurry, but that's a different problem.) None of the reviewers on Amazon seem to have this problem...Thank you for your help.
