[CrackBerry Question]

Hi everyone, forgive me if this question has been asked before. I tried to look it up but came up short (although I did learn how to shut off the keyboard vibration). When I have my PRIV on and I am using it for anything - Facebook, CBC, games etc. I get this sound that is the same sound as when your in sleep mode and you bring your screen back to life. It drives me so crazy and I can't figure out where it is coming from. I even went to do not disturb but then it vibrates and I have this vibrating experience when I am on the phone. I have been to Settings > Sound and Notification and Other Sounds as well as Apps and can not figure it out. Has anyone else had this experience and figured out how to regain your sanity (well at least when it comes to the phone)?
