What do you want to do?

If you want to do things like Snapchat or other apps that use Google Services, then the Priv is probably best.
If you can live with the relatively small number of apps then the Passport will likely work. My brother-in-law works for a bank, does a lot of work on his phone while on the road, and LOVES his Passport - he uses it for spreadsheets a lot.

Remember, however, that if you go with the Passport / BB10, you are almost certainly locking yourself into a pretty much dead environment. Future updates to BB10 will likely be few, not may apps likely to show up. BB is hitching their future to Android. Very unlikely that we'll see a "generation 2" Passport.
