For the second time now, I have found that I have 600+ old emails showing up as new from yesterday in my inbox. I deleted my email account, re-started the Z10 and re-installed my email account and this did not solve the problem. Is there any way to fix this?

I tried to search the forums but could not find any relevant posts.

You have to go on-line and in your email account settings.....set up the account to delete messages.

Who is your account with? Gmail? or who?
I can better tell you how to do it if I have that information.

I would say Yahoo in this case. I have witnessed that Yahoo resets the UIDs for emails on occasion. Really annoyed the users calling us with problems like this. The only thing I could tell them is it is Yahoos problem, not BlackBerrys. They did not like that but not much they could say to argue.
