    Is it OK to download the latest BB10 OS update? I read an article on CB saying this possibly wasn't a real update.

    Yes, it is perfectly fine. To be on the safe side, just be sure to backup first using BlackBerry Link before updating.

    What did you read? BlackBerry signs all of its software for its operating systems with a private key that the hardware looks for as well. The chances of a fake update are so small as to be nearly impossible.

    He probably meant that the update got pulled out.
