    No, there is no offline converter. There are a few online.

    They won't make your apps work though, if anything, it's worse than installing them directly.

    You can convert to an installable bar file offline because you won't be able to sign it offline
    But does it have to be offline anyways? Not that converting it will make it work...

    Regardless, it doesn't change whether the app can run or not...

    Means there will be no effect after converting too...? I want to install UC 9.8 on Z10STL100-1/10.2.1.3247. But not working after installation. Therfo I asked...
