Well, I dropped my PP on it's corner, and although there is no visible damage to the phone (the case kinda did it's job), my screen no longer turns on. More accurately, if I power off or soft reset the phone, the screen will glow but nothing appears on it. I've been able to connect to BB Link and download/back up my content but, because I can't see the screen, my factory reset (not that that would help, I guess) can't proceed. Sometimes when I try to power it off/on, the keyboard will start to flash slowly.

I've taken the battery cover off to see if anything is broken back there but I can't see anything obvious.

That is internal damage. Take it to the authorized service center. They'll make all right for ya!
