[CrackBerry Question]

We are having an issue, not getting BIS email, after a sim swop (same number & same network 02)

This is happening on four numbers / devices, others we have changed have been OK

Getting voice calls without a problem

Tried checking data plan, a different sim (again swop using same mobile number) & tried new Curve device but still no email working

Can anybody help / advise with possible resolutions? Would be much appreciated

Have you tried logging into your BlackBerry account and re-sending the service books? (you do have a BIS Plan on all these accounts)

You will need an active BIS service on any SIM to work properly in this device. Do an HRT registration, then proceed from there.
