    Forgive me if this is a known issue, but my Q10 will not allow me to add an attachment to text, e-mail, whatsapp, etc. The screen goes grey like it's about to add the attachment, but then goes back to the application I was in. The only way I can add attachments is if I go to the file itself and attach it, which only allows one at a time.

    Has anyone else encountered this or know of a fix?

    Hold the top buttom till you see a red LED followed by the BlackBerry logo. Ignore all on-screen prompts.
