    Hi I'm not able to monthly system update, keep saying verification problem

    I restart the device, remove the SIM and put back, but still the same problem.

    My Device is DTEK50

    Any help please

    I have the same issue, mine is a Dtek60

    There is another thread open in this BTW, there is currently no solution from what I can see and we just need to wait for another update to be sent to fix it

    Have you tried to go into settings, aps, find google play services. Click on the cog in top right and uninstal updates then try to update OS again. That seemed to work for people.

    I did, now I get the "verification error" as many of the others.
