When I open Pictures am. Not able to see thumbnails of the photos and same problem with the videos. If ii open them then can see but cant see the previews in form of thumbnails. Please help....for more idea I had attached a photo.

Tried following the steps as per the post in link. Took out the sd card and reboot the handset and then again putting back the sd card but that didnt worked. Thanx for the suggestion but please help with other option.

Are the photos and videos stored on the SD card?
If not and they are on the device memory, try moving them to the SD card.
If they already are on the SD card, the only other trick I have had work when I have had the issue is to dump the contents of the SD card to a computer, format the SD card, then copy the items back from the computer.
Let me try the other way....will come back to you.
