    I haven't received an Android update since July. Last week my KEYone is having problems detecting the SD card and certain apps like Kindle and Excel won't open. No response from @ BBMobile.

    What is your device PRD? What is your current OS build?

    Verizon decided not to allow an update to Oreo. BBMo is figuring out how to support the phone with Nougat patches instead.

    As far as your app issues are concerned, try a factory reset.
