    I have a blackberry q10 sqn100-4 unlocked version in India. I did not receive any update but my z30 which is on the same carrier as I do has received the update. Is there any way to get the update ??? Or when will I get the update??

    Nobody knows the answer to when. However, you can update your Q10 through an autoloader or Sachesi.

    The same answer applies: wait for your carrier to push the update or install through Sachesi.
