Hei everyone. I have this problem: when I am playing my videos on my BBPassport SE I can see them but I can't hear them. The video are being taked by the BBPassport SE itself so I don't understand that. Youtube app works fine and videos from the webbrowser too... only when I play them from Videos app. What's wrong?

Depends on what the audio codec used is. Most videos should play but if the audio is encoded with something non-standard, SE might not be able to play it, especially if it's some DRM'd crap. But this is strange. I mean this is what I do:

- open the camera
- start recording the video
- then when finished I can play it
- the video plays all good and fine but I have no sound.m

I also tried that my friend Sendt me a video with the Samsung and one with the iPhone.... I can see them but I can't hear them.

If I go to youtube I can play video and hear good, ringtones and all is just fine and works well, so I don't know... does anyone have the same problem?

Case fixed : I had to restart the Passport and now I can hear the video. It needed the good old fashion turn off the device move hahaahha

I have the same problem but it won't work even if I restart. I can record my voice on Parrot and video calling but not when making videos. Any idea?
