    A small phone keypad mark has appeared next to the battery level indicator on my display at the top right corner. Since then, I can't hear people, nor can they when having a call. And the sound does not work via earphones (e.g. when music). I think it must something with audio settings or something like that. Have no idea how to set back everything to normal. Can you help me please?

    What OS... BBOS, BB10 or Android.

    If I had to guess, and I guess that I am guessing... sounds like maybe you have enabled accessibility settings.. namely TTY.

    Usually that is a setting in your phone app... try turning that off.
