    When I make a call on my blackberry classic there is no sounds through the ear but there is sound when I use speaker phone.

    Reboot your device, see if that fixes it. If not, download BlackBerry Virtual Expert and see if it finds any hardware faults. If it says all is well, wipe your device and start fresh. Still happening? Well, you're looking at defective hardware. Proceed as you see fit be it an exchange, upgrade, repair yourself.
