    have you rebooted a few times? Maybe it's just stuck? Also, you are sure you have a normal profile for sound and there is supposed to be sound?

    I've rebooted- powered off twice. And the sound is on

    I had same problem with my new Priv, no ring sound when a call came in. I went to settings>Notifications and there is no volume slider for Ring Tones but it would not respond to my touch. I tried the Up Volume button and the slide control moved.
