My Passport won't get a mobile connection. I turned it off one time and after that there has been no way to get it to connect to my carrier. The phone has been back to BB for repair and it was returned to me in working order. Now that I've reloaded my backup, and turned it off for the night, again no 4G connection.

"Security wipe / reload device software" does nothing. How do I manual completely wipe the phone blank and reload the OS my phone came with out of the box originally?

Connect to Wi-FI to restore the OS but make sure you have it plugged in to the power outlet so the battery does not drain during the wipe.

Check with your carrier since you have done everything I could have stated.

This sounds like a carrier issue more then anything since you already sent it back. Could be an issue with your SIM
