    Hi,
    my Q10 (SQN 100-3, version 10.2.2.932) has no keyboard backlighting. Oddly enough I can't find any clues on how to switch it on or off anywhere. It must come with keyboard backlighting, right?
    Any suggestions? Thanks!

    There is no way to control it through the OS. Your device is somehow busted. You can try reloading the OS to see if that buggered it but I highly doubt it. That's a hardware issue. Get yourself an exchange.

    Thanks! I was afraid that would be it - well, if I can get an exchange at least hat would also take care of the crappy keypad which has recently turned to double typing and no "f"s...
