    Hi,

    My blackberry passport doesn't show video call icon. I have 'allowed' calls over mobile network in settings. The person I'm try to video call has no problem connecting with me on android version of bbm.

    Any one knows what settings I need to toggle?

    BBM video in a Bb10 device is only available between BB10 devices.

    Android and iOS BBM video can work across each platform but not with BB10.
