    No apps installing since 10.3.1-img_20150322_204528.png
    I cant install any apk files and most of the apps frm BlackBerry world!!!! Today I did a non destruction update to 10.3.1.2582 using Sachesi..

    First it said uninstall existing app on BlackBerry world and cannot open file on installing apk's...

    Now its saying an error occurred processing your request on BlackBerry world and not enough space for installing app on apk's...

    What should I do now??? Z10 stl 100-1 pls help me!!!!

    Reboot: hold top buttom till you see red LED and BlackBerry logo. Ignore on-screen prompts to reboot/turn off.

    No go? Delete some stuff off your phone. Make room to install things as it did say in one of the screen shots you didn't have enough space...

    I did hard reset and even battery pull.... and 5 GB free in Device and 1GB free in card!!!! What makes this problem!!! It was fine till 10.2.1... and already installed android apps are running smoothly...
    Even amazon app store closes after clicking accept?!!

    Have exactly the same problem. Yesterday everything was ok, wonder why non-native and apk apps have stopped installing. Device storage has plenty of free space. Running the latest OS on a Z30.
    Only just noticed, so have yet to try any fixes.

    Edit: A simple reboot seems to have fixed the problem.

    I had the same problem. I tried reboot, battery pull, hard reset but nothing worked until I did a factory reset and reinstall 10.3.1

    Ya I did security wipe and after tat everything was perfectly alright!!!! Cant even see any bugs... battery life is awsn, smooth and fast performance, and BlackBerry bak to form

    I have a guess y this problem occured!!! Before 10.3.1 ota update, I deleted useless files and folders... and I deleted device>misc>android folder.... I think after tat this problem has started!!!! And after wipe, that folder is automatically back!!!
