Hello, I have a BlackBerry z10 and the new OS 10.3 does not appear when I search in settings for the new actulization, it says that I have the newest OS 10.2 (and it is not...) please someone help me, the 10.3 had officialy been launched like 6 days ago and I still can t get it , i am from South America, may be this part of the world get it later, but a lot of time pass and i dont think BlackBerry would launch the new OS one week later compare to USA, why would they make that... so well, i will wait for some answers form BlackBerry comunity, thanks.

As always, you have two choices: 1) wait for your carrier to release it, or 2) do it yourself.

If you choose to do it yourself, you will have to do a bit of reading/learning and will need a computer.
