    Welcome to Crackberry.

Where do you save these items? Internal Memory or sd-card?

I've had that happen on various phones. I can only guess that the phone is busy doing other things and not indexing the new items. Generally, if I come back a bit later, they do show up. I don't recall, at the moment, how to clear the cache.

Maybe someone has some better suggestions?

internal storage is the default storage to save files. I think this problem for many images, beacaus delet some files and move tu memory card, but this dos't fix. where is the save catches on BB10? that was saved in "DCIM/thembnails" on android device, but I dont no in BB10!
however I cant "factory reset" beacuse clash of clans and other app have clear
