hi I just got new passport sqw100-1
software release 10.3.2.440.
at the moment my Facebook and twitter accounts are baked into the os.
there is an update of face book in BBW should I update it if I want to keep my account synced with phone?
however I have noticed you cannot use the apps complete.
for example Facebook--- you can only scroll so far down your feeds and it stops dead ( no refresh).
notifications in hub that I get from Facebook app donut open everything in app.

Twitter - three dots at top of app signifying I have three screens does not work as I only have one which is the feeds..

Im aware there is also an update to the phone itself but I don't no if I should update it as I've read it takes away complete integration of Facebook and twitter in hub. (which is nice to have.
I bought second hand passport silver 3 weeks ago that have the latest and greatest software.. it runs well ..
but no integration..
can anyone help with this at all.

please dont tell me to get keyone , I had it and its like eating a really chewy sweet thats sticking to your teeth.. app heaven in slow motion

- updated to latest 10.3.3
- used sachesi to sideload older facebook files
- downloaded facebook and messenger lite
- for twitter and linkedin use the stock up cause I don't really care; but if you do use other apps

the only thing I haven't figured out yet is notifications in the hub for facebook and messenger

I don't know what I did... but it works now and suddenly got all the notifications of the last 2-3 days at once!!!

Yeah I know... knew that when I got into this - and don't really mind I won't have facebook notifications, I'm just happy I have a phone that works great as a phone and for emails! The rest are perks :-)

Go to the "InstalL" tab, select "Install Folder" go to the folder with the files you downloaded and the rest is magic!

Just tried a hard reboot to see if that fixes my notifications problem

I only get notifications when the app is open and not really in real time but a bit later!

OK figured it out - now I have two annoyances:
- how do we get rid of the Messenger notification in the Hub that's always there saying messenger is not supported?
- how can we change the name of an app, so that instead of 'Lite' I get "Messenger" notifications in the hub?

I know it's your thread bud, but maybe you get these too!

Same except used DDPD always works for me!! Verified!
Also the Chrome extension...
Hey what's the diff between the messenger lite and the pro, both by nemory? I have the pro? Just more advanced?... both in hub? Lite what?... good luck with the update and sideload of facebook .bars as its easy as well as worth it!
