    I mean my new blackberry classic phone always. Show a message like this,sometimes it work and sometimes I didn't work, it's will say,the device is network locked, contact your service provider.i have try to put another sim card still the same problem,please what can I do help please

    Sounds like the phones locked and you are using it on another provider than the one you got it from. You need to get it unlocked.

    you need to put the picture on your computer, then when writing your comment you will see a picture frame above where you write that has a tree in it, click that. then it will ask you to upload from either online or computer, pick computer, then upload a picture so we can see what you are talking about.

    What this guy is trying to say is that he got a notification saying " The device is Network locked. Contact your service provider. " And also that his SIM card is locked.
    This also happened to me on my new BlackBerry Classic, and when I swipe for the quick settings menu there is a " Technical Problem " message showing on the top right.

    All I did was reboot the Classic. Never saw that problem again yet so far. I think some people were saying to turn off the Z-10, remove the battery " for 30 seconds maybe? " Then start it back up.

    Good for you. It happens to me maybe once every week. Very annoying. What i do is reinsert the sim card. A simple reboot does not fix it for me.

    Thinking if a sim tray replacement would permanently resolve the issue.
