New Classic and bbm contacts

My wife just got a new Classic.
The photos of contacts in her BBM won't populate.
Just shows a grey shadow of a head and shoulders.

Anyone else have this problem?

Any fix?

If it's new depending on how new, it might be still syncing, try a hard reset, hold the volume up and down buttons in until you see the blue loading circle.

That didn't work. Lol
