    Dear all. Have been using blackberry passport from more than a year but all of a sudden facing network issue. It's searching network all the time. Tried with different sim providers but same issue. Those sims are working on blackberry Z10. Upgraded to software to 10.3.3.2049 but same issue. Please help. Sometimes network comes but all of a sudden it comes with inloop or two network provider name comes together. Taken the phone for repair but they say there isn't Any issue. It's really a pain. Need help friends

    Try reloading the radio version in the Os , might help

    Get a radio version from Thurask's os file, and you run it like any other auto loader, but its not destructive so you won't lose any of your info.

    Could not get sachesi working. Help required. I showed to blackberry service center and they say it's network ic problem. But I don't believe that. Please help.

    It is very possible that you have a hardware related issue.
    I would suggest backing up any important data or media that you have and start from a clean slate with an autoloader.
    BB has released a newer OS version since the 2049 release.
    Use Thurasks autoloader link for your device.

    Power off your phone.Unzip the file on PC and connect phone with a USB. Process will start automatically and wipe and reload.

    If the update doesn't improve your network issues you could have some type of hardware failure...sim tray,antenna etc

    The download of the software happened but after extracting it's showing 0kb. Did twice but of no use. Any other link you can sujjest

    Have you downloaded and extracted the correct zip file?
    I've just confirmed that it is valid. Ive extracted with 7zip utility.
