    Hello together

first of all a compliment for the superforum crackberry that has helped me many times with his contributions.

Now I have to reset my Key2 because I really forgot the device PIN.

How can I, even though a device PIN is still set, delete wipe the device?

    Any tips are appreciated.

    cheers

Enter the PIN incorrectly 10 times and the phone will wipe.

You will still need to remember your Google credentials when you boot it for the first time.

If it isn't set to wipe after ten tries, you can wipe it via Google Find My Device, or by running an autoloader.

Have you tried the old standby that BlackBerry used for generations? enter any incorrect password enough times that the system will stop taking bad PW and require that you write blackberry in the same space where you previously wrote the bogus PW, then it will again ask for PW and may repeat the demanded typing of blackberry. After 10 unsuccessful attempts, the phone will factory reset. HOPE THIS WORKS FOR YOU. James

Thank you Ben xfg for the prompt reply, unfortunately it doesn't wipe after ten tries and Google Find My Devices is only working when the devices is online, no PIN, no online , no wipe.., I'll give the autoloader a try...
    I'll let you know

    Ok. Use an autoloader then.

    /blackberry-key2-f472/key2-acq160-autoloader-may-2020-patch-1185582/

Download to PC, unzip, plug in phone, and run flashall.bat.

Thank you to everybody the autoloader did the trick :-)
I had to run it twice and before I downloaded the USB Drivers from Blackberry Site
    https://swdownloads.blackberry.com/D...1570F46266A608

Then downloaded the Autoloader mentioned in "conite's" Post.

    Et voilà

Again thanks to all and stay healthy.

    cheers
