    Blackberry says it's phones are for business and productivity. If that's the case why doesn't BBW have a Microsoft Lync App? This is critical for myself and many users.

    I've talked to both Microsoft and BlackBerry about this. BlackBerry has an app called Enterprise IM for IM only. Microsoft blames BlackBerry for holding them back. BlackBerry blames Microsoft for putting up roadblocks... Neither want to work together, so no Lync app.
