Hello iGrann is free and comes with HUB integration / notifications. Available on BlackBerry World
Strangely the hub integration never worked for me, neither did it work on the Pro version.
Tried it with several BB10 devices aswell..

Hub integration has mostly worked for me with the exception of a brief period of time but an app update corrected the issue.
Love iGrann more than official Instagram even.
