    I have DTEK50, and deleted video files from internal memory , but copied to external memory card.

    When deleted from internal memory, external memory card files also deleted permanently

    Any help to remover them please

    Not sure why that happened. There are 3rd party programs, generally for desktop/laptop that can sometimes recover files from sd cards or thumbdrives.
