Hey, so to cut a long story short I need to avoid someone for a while...I've told them that I'm staying with my grandma and that she has no wi-fi so I won't have any way to talk to this person, In reality I just plan on deleting bbm for a while and then reinstalling it again after. If they message me, will it appear the same as if I just don't have any data/ wifi enabled?

You can block their pin through Bbm. No need to uninstall.

If you uninstall it will never show the messages are delivered. I'm not sure if blocking removes you from their list or just never delivers messages.
