My Z10 suddenly blocking "install apps from other sources"

My private Z10 is suddenly blocking "install apps from other sources" after a re-install of BB OS (10.3.2.2876)

The Allow Apps from Other Sources slider is greyed out, with the statement that it is "turned off by your administrator"

Very strange as this phone is an unlocked, private device that has been in my possession since it was new, and has never had any IT policy on it from any "administrator"

Quite annoying as this means that I cannot re-install any of my non-BB World apps.

Can anyone shed any light on this perhaps... ?

Did you turn on parental controls? It works similar to what administration does.

Hello also sometime encountered if tried to disable Amazon app it conflicted with installing. The only way to disable was using parental control so do check that as mentioned already.
