am trying to to open the settings of my z10 but it just shows me black screen then later goes back please what seems to be the problem
First thing to do is hold the power button down for 12 seconds or so until you see the red led flash. If this hard reset doesn't fix your problem, you may need to reload your OS using BBLink on a PC or use an autoloader.
I think you might need to reload the device software using blackberry link. (back up your device data first and remove your SIM and media card before the process).
