    I have had the same device password for 3 years and now for some reason its no longer accepting the password. I am now on my last attempt and I can not imagine loosing everything on m phone. Can someone help me? Blackberry has not been helpful at all and I have taken the phone to several phone places and they can not get past the security. I can not loose everything on the phone for something that is not my fault. Please can someone help me!!!! Please!! Thank you so much

    Nothing you can do. If you can't remember your password, then you're out of luck. Hopefully you have been making regular backups, and you can restore later. I assume you remember your BlackBerry ID login and password?

    Either that or it's stolen. Can't imagine using a phone for the past 3 years and suddenly not remembering a password. Those things do not get enabled by themselves. Good luck.

    It is your fault if after using the phone for three years, you suddenly forget the password.

    Please try to return the phone to it's original owner.
