    My z10 got strongly hardware problem and it is in warranty period but it has installed latest software update 10.3.1. shall i lost or not this warranty period due to this latest update?

    If I understand you correctly you are worried that by loading the latest OS update you are out of warranty? No you won't be. if your warranty has not expired you should be good to go. Have you contacted your carrier?

    If it had/has a problem before and after the update (official update, released by your carrier, and not a leaked version, correct?) Then send it back to warranty. If you loaded a leaked version, then you might have issues.....
    The carrier/vendor might reject you......
