    Is this a common problem? My last phone was a Q10 and it screwed up after doing the software upgrade. And you can't prevent it from happening. I'm ready to abandon blackberry completely.

    No. Most updates require an update to BB Link, try that, reboot your computer. Try something instead of complaining, at the very least write out what you've tried.
