    Sir My Z10 Black Berry 28.02.2015 phone as about 88% battery, charging and I look a few minutes later it was dead. It was being charged from my mac. I tried pressing the power button, tried to pull the battery but nothing worked, it was completely dead. Then, I plugged it in to the wall charger, no response for a few minutes and then I held the power button down, the red light started to flash, turned to solid red for 20 seconds, then dead again. Then, I pressing the power button again, no response but then tried a couple more time, it booted up. Anyone know why? :

    Your battery might be kaput maybe? Try a different battery and see what happens.

    Buy a new battery
