    text messages from senders who frequently send messages (eg.bank/credit card/network provider) gets deleted frequently. Im only able to see the messages which i received 7-10 days ago. The ones i received before that are not visible.

    Please help ?

    I have some from 11 days ago. Which I am actually surprised at as I delete SMS as soon as I can cause of the memory they take up being on my device. but I have had sms stay for a long time. What OS are you running and how did you install it?

    I have a ton of space on my blackberry Q10....but when I did the recent update, all messages from before March just disappeared! What the heck! Can I get em back?
