    I go to power up my BBZ10
    The red light appears but the screen stays black
    Normally the blue light with BB logo and reboot circle appears, but not now
    After a minute or so, the red light goes out.

    Is it fully charged? Are you using an official OS, and not a leak? Might be the battery is not getting charged fully. Do you have a spare battery to try?

    Plug it into the wall and let charge for an hour of so then try it.
