i forgot my blackberry ID password and recovery question which i registered on my bbq10, i clicked on the forgot password and edited my ID details from the link sent to my email. i can access my Blackberry ID from any computer and make changes but my bbq10 device is not accepting the ID, it still not accepting the edited password and new recovery question. pls how can i treat it. i also noticed that the screen name on BBQ10 ID device and that blackberry website are not the same
