    I want to backup and sync my BB contacts and calendar with Outlook. I am running latest version of Windows 10.
    I have re-installed Link in an attempt to get it to work. It will allow me to sign on successfully but shows BB as disconnected. It used to be recognized but no longer after I think there was a update to Windows 10.
    Am I doomed??

    Try removing BlackBerry Device Manager from your PC, and when you plug the phone to the PC it should reinstall it, that helped me with the same issue with my Passport .

    In my case I also deleted any entries of the software from my Windows registry using regedit.
