    The volume and power keys on my Q10 doesn't work anymore, is there another way i can switch off/re boot the phone without removing the battery?

    Nope. The only thing you can do is enable Advanced Interaction in Settings so that you can "Flip to save power" and "Lift to Wake". You could try replacing those keys as parts for them are very cheap on ebay.
