    Since the recent update 10.3 or something, my phone constantly switches off and when it turns back on the alarm keeps going off randomly and non of my recent text or bbm messages are showing just old stuff from last week, even though I have had various conversations and texts since then. It goes off when I least expect it and takes ages to come back on, very irritating for something that supposed to improve!!
